Prohibited

Selling more than 10,000 combined units without a Merchandise and POD License.✕

Self-hosting webfont files on the licensed website✓
Use in commercial websites, personal websites, portfolios, and e-commerce websites✓

Prohibited

Use inside apps, games, SaaS, desktop software, or mobile software✕
Use in eBooks, ePub files, or digital publications✕
Server-side generation of images, PDFs, or dynamic text✕
Allowing website visitors to type, customize, download, or generate designs using the font✕
Use in online design tools, logo makers, template editors, or print customization tools✕

E-Pub

For embedding the font inside digital books and electronic publications.

Embed the font in ePub, eBook, digital magazine, digital comic, or electronic publication files✓

Use in cover text, chapter titles, body text, or decorative typography inside the publication✓

Merchandise and POD

For using the font in physical merchandise, print-on-demand products, and editable templates sold to customers. Sales are limited according to the selected license tier.

Permitted

Use the font in physical merchandise and print-on-demand products, including t-shirts, mugs, tote bags, stickers, posters, wall art, cards, packaging, and similar products.✓
Sell finished merchandise, POD products, or editable templates up to the sales limit included in the selected license tier: 50,000 sales/ 100,000 sales/ 250,000 sales/ Unlimited sales✓
Use the license across one or multiple stores, shops, marketplaces, websites, or brands owned and operated by the license holder.✓
Sell finished products where the font is incorporated as part of the overall design.✓
Sell editable templates provided that customers cannot access, download, extract, or install the original font file.✓
Use text converted to outlines, curves, flattened graphics, or rasterized images in products delivered to customers.✓
Continue selling products until the total sales limit of the selected license tier is reached.✓

Prohibited

Selling more units than the sales limit included in the selected license tier without upgrading or purchasing an additional license.✕
Giving customers, buyers, manufacturers, printers, or third parties direct access to the font file.✕
Allowing customers to download, install, extract, copy, or reuse the font outside the purchased product or template.✕
Selling the font itself, whether in its original form or with minor modifications.✕
Using the font as the primary resellable asset, where the main value of the product is access to the font, letters, or glyphs.✕
Selling alphabet packs, letter bundles, font packs, individual glyph sets, SVG alphabet sets, embroidery alphabets, or typeable font products derived from the font.✕
Uploading or embedding the font in public template generators, design platforms, personalization tools, or online editors without proper protection.✕
Using the font in mobile apps, desktop software, games, websites, server-based tools, or SaaS products unless separately licensed.✕
Registering the font or a design primarily based on the font as a trademark without purchasing a separate Trademark Logo License.✕
Using the font for artificial intelligence training, machine-learning datasets, font-generation systems, or similar dataset purposes.✕

Trademark Logo

For using the font in a logo, wordmark, or brand mark intended for trademark registration or official brand ownership.

Permitted

Use the font to create one or more logos/wordmarks according to the selected quantity/tier✓
Register the final logo or wordmark as a trademark✓
Use the final outlined/static logo for brand identity, packaging, website graphics, social media, signage, and marketing✓
Deliver the final outlined logo artwork to a client✓

Prohibited

Claiming ownership of the font itself✕
Reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing the font file✕
Creating a derivative font from the logo or letterforms✕
Using the font across an entire company as a working brand font unless a Desktop, Corporate, or other relevant license is also purchased✕
Embedding the font in websites, apps, games, eBooks, servers, or software✕
AI training or dataset usage✕

Digital Ads

For using the font in paid online advertising campaigns.

Use in paid ads on Meta Ads, Instagram Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, YouTube Ads, Google Ads, Pinterest Ads, marketplace ads, and similar platforms✓
Use in static image ads, short video ads, carousel ads, display banners, and campaign creatives✓
Use for one or more campaigns according to the selected quantity/tier✓
Use for commercial promotion of products, services, brands, music, events, or content✓

Prohibited

Broadcast TV, film, cinema, OTT, or large streaming campaigns✕
