Permitted
- Logo concepts and non-trademark logo designs✓
- Posters, flyers, banners, brochures, catalogs, business cards, stationery✓
- Social media posts for organic/non-paid use✓
- YouTube thumbnails and standard cover graphics✓
- Album covers, book covers, greeting cards, invitations✓
- Printed designs for personal, client, or small business use✓
- Exported/flattened files such as JPG, PNG, PDF, SVG outlines, or printed artwork✓
- Unlimited Prints for non-sale items such as business cards, stickers, flyers, posters, internal documents, or presentations.✓
- End Product for sale up to 10,000 sales (Merchandise, product, tees, and others)✓
- Note: Additional Desktop users only increase the number of people permitted to install and use the font. They do not increase the permitted number of products or units sold.✓
Prohibited
- Selling more than 10,000 combined units without a Merchandise and POD License.✕
- Multiplying the 10,000-unit limit by the number of licensed users, computers, clients, products, stores, or platforms.✕
- Commercial print environments ( Not for large-scale printing business)✕
- Webfont embedding or use on websites✕
- eBook/ePub embedding✕
- App, game, software, or SaaS embedding✕
- Server installation or automated generation✕
- Editable templates for resale✕
- POD products for resale✕
- Paid digital advertising campaigns✕
- Broadcast, film, TV, OTT, or streaming production✕
- Trademark registration of a logo✕
- Sharing, reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing the font file✕
- Uploading the font to online editors, template generators, or Canva-like platforms✕
- AI training, dataset creation, or machine learning usage✕
- Modifying, renaming, converting, or creating derivative font files✕
